What to Expect on the “Awaken Pilgrimage”

This pilgrimage is a sacred, unhurried journey designed to create space for renewal, reflection, and deeper connection with God and yourself.

Together, we will “travel mindfully” through some of Italy’s most spiritually significant places, including Rome, Assisi, Siena, and Florence, where the lives and witness of women like St. Clare of Assisi, St. Catherine of Siena and female martyrs in Rome continue to echo.

As we journey together, you’ll step into a rhythm that invites you to slow down, listen, and be spiritually awakened to a truer version of God’s design for you.

Our Journey

This curated experience will take us through Assisi, Siena, Florence, and Rome, visiting sacred and historic sites such as the Basilica of St. Francis, the Basilica of St. Clare, the Porziuncola Chapel, and the Basilica of St. Catherine. In Florence and Rome, we’ll explore iconic landmarks and sacred spaces including the Duomo, Santa Maria Novella, the Vatican, and St. Peter’s Basilica—each offering rich opportunities for reflection, learning, and spiritual formation.

The journey will include private transportation, expert local guides, and thoughtfully designed moments for reflection, formation, and shared experience. Accommodations will feature private rooms in a blend of monastery retreat centers and boutique hotels, offering both simplicity and comfort.

Along the way, we will enjoy immersive experiences including a Tuscan winery visit, thermal spa baths in Siena, and a hands-on pasta-making class with a market tour in Florence.

The total is $4,588 per person. Your package includes private single-room accommodations, all breakfast and lunch meals, three dinners, private shuttle transportation, private guided tours, spiritual formation teachings, and a variety of special experiences and amenities throughout the journey (as noted in the Itinerary). This does NOT include airfare. Each traveler will be responsible for securing their own airfare to Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport (FCO).

There are 12 spots open and women in ministry (church service, leading a nonprofit, etc.) will be given first priority.

There is a nonrefundable deposit of $500 to secure your trip, but this will go toward your balance.

The remaining payment schedule is:
September 25--50% of total trip cost: $2294.00

January 7--25% of total trip cost: $1147.00

Feb 25--Final 25% of total trip cost, subject to exchange rate adjustment as the EURO can go up or down: $647.00
